Naturally, cannabis use is prohibited for minors. Furthermore, smoking is not allowed within 100m of sports facilities or schools, and cannabis smoking is prohibited on pedestrian-only streets between 07:00 and 20:00.
If a Korean national living in Germany smokes cannabis, they will be subject to punishment under the Republic of Korea's Narcotics Control Act. Therefore, Korean nationals should refrain from consuming any products containing cannabis, including cigarettes, food, and beverages.
In fact, even in countries like Uruguay and Canada, which have fully legalized cannabis, suppressing the black market remains an unresolved issue.
